At Sedona Wellness, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) devices and strive to ensure you have a positive experience with our products and services.
All Sales Are Final: We do not accept any returns.
In case you decide to cancel your order after shipping
The item must be in like-new condition with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components.
A Return Authorization (RA) number must be requested and approved prior to any return.
Shipping fees (both original and return) are non-refundable and are the customer’s responsibility.
A restocking fee of 15% will apply.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized PEMF devices
Disposable or hygienic items (e.g., face masks, pillows) if used or unsealed
Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
How to Initiate a Return for a cancelled order
Email us at info@sedonawellness.com with your order number, reason for return, and product condition.
We will provide you with an RA number and return instructions.
Once the product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your device arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
Photos or videos may be required to assess the issue.
Lifetime Warranty Coverage: (must be added at time of purchase, otherwise standard 2-year warranty applies)
SEDONA offers a lifetime warranty against defects or malfunctions of the computer controller under normal use. This warranty excludes wear and tear of the applicator mat and applicator pillow.
Technical Issues:
Any technical issues must be reported to SEDONA Wellness.
Units requiring service must be returned to the address provided by the manufacturer. Under warranty all costs will be covered for technical repairs, including shipping .
Fee Structure for Warranty Issues:
Pillow or Mat Applicator Pin Issues:
Under extended warranty: A fee of $250 USD per pillow or mat applicator replacement applies. A replacement applicator will be sent.
Without extended warranty once 2-year standard warranty expires: A fee of $1,250 USD per applicator replacement applies.
Claim Process:
To make a claim under this warranty, please contact SEDONA Wellness customer service at info@sedonawellness.com. Proof of purchase and serial number will be required.
Limitations:
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper installation.
