First Night I slept better than in years!

I have always had trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. Whenever I woke up in the morning I would feel exhausted even though I was getting more than 8 hours of sleep.

I have seen this pillow a few times already and thought about buying it, but I didn't until two days ago and I regret not buying it sooner. The first night I used it I slept way better already.

I don't normally write product reviews but I just wanted to share this one because I know how hard it is to struggle with sleep and wanted others to find help too.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I feel anything whilst using the TimmyZzz Pillow?

You might feel a light warmth or tingling because of the improved microcirculation. The mask itself does not heat up, it is just your body’s circulation and increased oxygen flow as a result of the treatment.

How often should I use the TimmyZzz Pillow?

We recommend using the pillow 1 - 2 times daily. Ideally once when waking up and once for falling asleep.

What programs should I use in the morning ? And in the evening?

In the morning we recommend Programs C and D. These are higher frequency for focus and energy. In the Evening Programs A and B, for sleep and recovery.

Does the TimmyZzz help with insomnia?

Yes. The TimmyZzz Pillow works with the brain wave frequencies. PEMF can influence brain wave patterns to favor sleep. By increasing alpha wave (associated with relaxation) and theta wave (related to REM sleep) activity. It helps prepare the brain for restful and restorative sleep.

How soon will I notice results?

Most people notice results after the first nights sleep on the TimmyZzz pillow. We recommend daily use for a week to allow full benefit to occur.

How do I charge the batteries?

Simply place the batteries in the charging pod and use the cable and wall plug to connect to a wall outlet.

Can I also use the Pillow without the batteries but with using the wall plug?

Yes. Simply plug in the cable provided to the top end of the remote and connect the bottom end of the remote to the pillow. Then plug the top cable into a wall plug to use without batteries.

Can I wash the pillow cover or put a different cover on?

Yes. Our organic cotton cover is washable, or simply use a different cover on the pillow should ours not suit you.

How do I know the pillow is on?

The blue light on the display screen will be on the first few seconds when choosing a program. The blue light then switches off but you will still see the numbers on the display meaning that the device is on.

How long is a session and when do I know that it is over?

Each program runs for 30 minutes and then shuts off automatically.

Is there warranty on the TimmyZzz Pillow?

We have one year warranty on the remote for the TimmyZzz. We do not have warranty on user wear and tear of the pillow itself. All sales are final for hygiene purposes.
