This mat has many great programs already programmed into the machine and it also has a section where you can customize ANY frequency and ANY intensity! This blew my mind! You can literally recreate any program that any other mat on the market can produce. I have programmed the Sedona device with lower intensity than the bemer and higher intensity than my iMRS, and with any frequency I want. It is sooo simple to set up and use, which really impressed me for such a complex system. It's definitely the best PEMF device out there now!

This device has all the features of any pemf mat on the market. I have tried many different pemf mats and with the pro plus you can program any frequency and intensity that any other mat can produce, so you only ever have to buy one mat. It's like having a combination of every single pemf mat on the market now. The Sedona Pro Plus device was very easy to use and had so many advanced customizable features. Both the mat and the applicator pillow can be used at the same time which is nice.

The Elite mat has honestly been amazing. After the first session I already started sleeping better and felt relaxed and rested waking up. Sleeping has always been an issue for me since I had back surgery. Now my body just feels lighter, like there’s less tension everywhere. I use the smaller pad on my back directly throughout the day. It’s very easy to use, I just pick a program from the indication list and lay down for 30 minutes. One of the best things I’ve done for my health, hands down.

I have only wonderful things to say about this PEMF Mat and this company. I've owned a Bemer mat for many years and came across the Sedona Mat to compare. I wish I would have switched over sooner. The frequency levels can go much lower and much higher and are fully customizable. I can program any frequency and intensity I want. I am no longer limited to the standard settings. My friend has the Elite and I tried it a few times and it was amazing. I bought the Pro and it works incredible as well. I use it everyday when I wake up. I lay on the mat and put the pillow under my neck. I felt good from both the Elite and the Pro, but I like that the Elite has customizable settings as well. I will be upgrading to the Elite for that reason, but the Pro has done wonders as well!

I instantly felt relief for my chronic migraines and was sleeping much better. I also used the mat on the couch when I watch sports and I also noticed an improvement in my lower back pain when getting up.

I have never woke up as fresh and full of energy as I did after the first time using the pillow. I don't know what it is, because I don't feel or hear anything when I use it, but I fall asleep faster and wake up rested. I am using program B.

I gave it 4 stars because I am not a big fan of the pillow cover that comes with it, but I just put on another regular pillow cover and it works fine.

We bought this mat two months ago and it helped my tennis elbow and my husband's bad back. We do the therapy at the same time, I use the applicator on my elbow with my program and my husband lays on the mat with a different program for his back. We are both pain free now, but still use it after sports.

I got my device about three weeks ago and started using it right away everyday. After the first week I noticed a slight difference in my chronic back pain, but after the second week my back pain was completely gone! I still use it now everyday to prevent any further pain and just because I feel better after every session using it.

I first used the Sedona Pro at a friend's house, and loved it. When I bought my own device I went for the Sedona Pro Plus because I thought I would spend the extra thousand to get customizable settings. I didn't go for the Elite because, when I contacted support they told me that the programs were a little different than the Sedona Pro, and I was used to the Pro versions programs.

I have the mat set up in my living room and my whole family uses it everyday. My kids love it and fall asleep faster at night when they've used the mat the same day (this was a lot of help to me haha). My father uses it when he wakes up, to help with his back issues.

I am really glad I bought a mat for my home and it's definitely worth it to get one for home to help your whole family!

The pre-set programs that the machine comes with are very useful and beneficial frequencies. The custom section is also nice to program new and specific frequencies

I first ordered one for myself and slept better the from the first night and now I bought one for my whole family. Even my kids use it and wake up on their own much earlier now and seem to be more rested because they wake up with energy vs them normally waking up tired.
