We recommend doing a session once in the morning and once in the evening. The effect of one session will still remain in your body up to 8 hours after.

Most of our preset programs run for 30 minutes. You can increase or decrease the timing as well but we recommend the time setting as is.

Some people can expect to see results after one session, whereas others might take up to 5 sessions. This depends on the individual and also if the condition is chronic or acute.

Make sure to drink a glass of water before and after your session to stay hydrated as we are starting a light detox process, in order to flush out toxins. We also recommend wearing loose fitting clothing to be comfortable.

You may feel a warmth or tingling. This is a result of your improved microcirculation. The mat and pillow do not heat up. It is your body’s response to the therapy. Some people may feel lightheaded briefly, as a result of more oxygen delivery. An overall feeling of relaxation will be felt.

In the morning we would use a higher hertz frequency, starting from 25 Hertz and up for cognitive function, focus and energy. In the evening we recommend lower hertz frequencies, around 10 Hertz and below to prepare the body and mind for sleep.

The pillow applicator is used for local conditions such as knee pain, tennis elbow, arthritis, etc. It can also be used for acute injuries and to reduce bruising immediately after an impact. The mat applicator is used for full body treatment and overall wellbeing. The full body mat can also be used to sleep on at night whilst running a low program indefinitely.

No. When one person is using the mat and pillow together, we recommend running the same program on both. This is because different frequencies can counteract each other—specifically, a higher frequency may override a lower one when used simultaneously on the same person.

However, if one person is using the mat and a different person is using the pillow, the programs do not need to be the same.

With the Sedona PRO PLUS, there are 36 preset programs and the option to customize SAVE / DELETE 12 additional programs. Some of our doctors and even home suers like to program their own specific frequencies for organs or even chakra rebalancing. It is a great tool to be able to dial into exact frequencies down to the 0.01 Hertz for healing.

Yes. You can put extra cushion on top or a towel for hygienic reasons. The PEMF will go through as it goes through muscle and bone.

Yes. You can place the mat in your bed and turn on a low frequency program for the entire night. Choose a program and then scroll the TIME with the touch screen to Infinite.

We recommend using the Indication list provided to find the right program settings for you. Each program listed goes in ascending order, so start with one program for one week and note improvements. If not much improvement, you can skip a program setting and move higher.

All Sedona PEMF programs block harmful EMF. The mat and pillow will fill out the room with the beneficial PEMF frequencies and shield from EMF such as Wifi, cell phone towers etc.

For those with sensitivities for example with Lyme disease, you can reduce the Intensity of each program using the touch screen when choosing a program setting.

After a session you may feel a bit lightheaded, or need to use the bathroom because we start a light detoxification process. Make sure to keep hydrated.

Contraindications are cardio pace maker and pregnancy.
