The SEDONA Longevity Lounger brings full-body PEMF sessions into a comfortable, adjustable chair. It is designed for people who want to recline, choose a clearly named program, and enjoy their session without working through technical settings. It combines PEMF with three levels of gentle microvibration, so you can use both features during the same session.

The Longevity Lounger has SEDONA's easiest-to-use interface. Choose from eight named programs and begin your session. Every program combines PEMF with Sedona’s additional DNA frequency setting, so you do not need to configure that feature separately.

You can adjust the chair’s back and leg positions to find a comfortable angle, from a more upright seat to a fully reclined stretched position. The three microvibration levels add a gentle massage-like sensation, with adjustable vibration intensity.

Size and Setup

The Lounger measures approximately 85in (215cm) in length, 35in (90cm) in width, 20in (50cm) in height. Allow approximately 6in (15cm) of additional width for the controller side arm, as well as room to adjust the chair’s position. It weighs approximately 70 kg.

The chair requires two electrical connections at a 110–240V power supply. Its included components are the chair, control unit, remote control, and user manual.

SEDONA offers warranty against defects or malfunctions of the computer controller under normal use. This warranty excludes wear and tear of the longevity lounger itself. 

Technical Issues:

Any technical issues must be reported to Sedona Wellness.

Under warranty all costs will be covered for technical repairs, including shipping of new parts if needed

Every day for 30 minutes

I wake up and lay on the lounge for 30 minutes every morning and I swear by it. I feel much better all day. I have energy for the whole day which I haven't had in many many years. Thank you to Niki and the team for getting it set up in my home and explaining which programs I should be using.

I own a Sedona Elite and bought this chair for my living room because I thought it looked nicer than putting a mat on a lounge chair. The results have absolutely exceeded my expectation! The vibration massage feature is such a nice addition. It made me feel even more relaxed and made the 30 minute session go by so fast. I did a second session just for the massage feature!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How often should I do a session?

We recommend doing a session once in the morning and once in the evening. The effect of one session will still remain in your body up to 8 hours after.

How long is each session?

Most of our preset programs run for 30 minutes. You can increase or decrease the timing as well but we recommend the time setting as is.

How fast can I see results?

Some people can expect to see results after one session, whereas others might take up to 5 sessions. This depends on the individual and also if the condition is chronic or acute.

How do I prepare for a session?

Make sure to drink a glass of water before and after your session to stay hydrated as we are starting a light detox process, in order to flush out toxins. We also recommend wearing loose fitting clothing to be comfortable.

What can I expect to feel during a session?

You may feel a warmth or tingling. This is a result of your improved microcirculation. The mat and pillow do not heat up. It is your body’s response to the therapy. Some people may feel lightheaded briefly, as a result of more oxygen delivery. An overall feeling of relaxation will be felt.

Why would I use a higher Hertz frequency or a lower Hertz frequency?

In the morning we would use a higher hertz frequency, starting from 25 Hertz and up for cognitive function, focus and energy. In the evening we recommend lower hertz frequencies, around 10 Hertz and below to prepare the body and mind for sleep.

When would I use the pillow applicator? When would I use the mat?

The pillow applicator is used for local conditions such as knee pain, tennis elbow, arthritis, etc. It can also be used for acute injuries and to reduce bruising immediately after an impact. The mat applicator is used for full body treatment and overall wellbeing. The full body mat can also be used to sleep on at night whilst running a low program indefinitely.

Can I put my a blanket or towel on my chair? Will the PEMF go through?

Yes. You can put extra cushion on top or a towel for hygienic reasons. The PEMF will go through as it goes through muscle and bone.

How long should I use a program for? Do I change frequently?

We recommend using the Indication list provided to find the right program settings for you. Each program listed goes in ascending order, so start with one program for one week and note improvements. If not much improvement, you can skip a program setting and move higher.

How does the Sedona help with blocking EMF?

All Sedona PEMF programs block harmful EMF. The mat and pillow will fill out the room with the beneficial PEMF frequencies and shield from EMF such as Wifi, cell phone towers etc.

What if I am sensitive? Can I reduce the intensity?

For those with sensitivities for example with Lyme disease, you can reduce the Intensity of each program using the touch screen when choosing a program setting.

Are there any adverse reactions? Side effects?

After a session you may feel a bit lightheaded, or need to use the bathroom because we start a light detoxification process. Make sure to keep hydrated.

What are the contraindications?

Contraindications are cardio pace maker and pregnancy.

How do I clean my lounger?

We recommend a light non toxic wipe.
